Rates desription

A 5% service charge will be added to the rental rates.

We accept wire Transfers in US Dollars and Credit Card payments through Paypal.

A 50% payment of the total rental amount is required within 7 days after reserving your unit for confirmation. Failure to do so will result in the cancellation of your reservation. The balance must be paid 30 days prior to the arrival date.

The total rental amount is due for reservations made within 30 days of the arrival date.

If cancellation of the reservation becomes necessary then a refund is issued according to the guidelines and limitations stated in our Policy.
